We do not accept returns or exchanges on Samples, Lingerie, Swimwear, Art Prints and Sale items. We ensure that our descriptions, measurements and photographs accurately reflect product, these items are not eligible for returns.

We cannot at this time accommodate returns from international customers outside of the UK and Ireland. At Boogie Child we list all items with measurements and detailed descriptions. To avoid disappointment, please always check your measurements against those provided in our descriptions.
✿ UK & Ireland Return policy on Boogie Child Original Clothing ✿
Boogie Child accepts returns on original clothing within 14 days of receipt. Items must be returned in their original condition - unworn, undamaged and odourless with tags still attached and in original packaging. The buyer is responsible for all return-shipping fees. Items are returned at your own risk and cost, we advise sending via a tracked method as we cannot be held responsible for any returns lost in the post. When returning your item please include a note stating your order number, name order was made under and why you are choosing to return your item. Once we receive your return a refund will be issued within 7 days minus the 10% restocking fee + original shipping fee. If you received a complementary item with your purchase but choose not to return it, its value will be deducted from your refund.

Boogie Child does not offer exchanges as we cannot guarantee inventory will be available. Simply return your unworn item for a refund and place a new order.
